Most young athletes run by instinct and although very natural, they can pick-up bad habits that stay with them through the rest of their career. If they are playing competitive sport then their Speed and Biomechanics can be affected by several factors, but the two most common factors are injury and growth rate.

We improve the biomechanical movements for youngsters in all sports- football, rugby, basketball, athletics –and all ages, by teaching the body and the mind the correct motor patterns and creating/developing motor engrams, which are permanent maps formed after repeating a movement or skill many times.

Our Kids Speed Coaching programs for young athletes start from the age of 7 years old. We coach parents and coaches on the best ways to stimulate the neuromuscular system to recruit and contract motor units simultaneously. This leads to the improvement of one of the most important of all components: QUICKNESS!

  • Get session-by-session speed coaching instructions by video on what to change, how to change and when
  • Follow a weekly speed programme
  • Get specific videos on improve speed through plyometrics, box-jumps and indoor training
  • Get extra videos on mobility, strength and warm-up
  • Access Anywhere! Access your technique coaching, mobility, and strength videos, as well as your technique training plan from any device, anytime.
  • Get re-analysed to see how they’ve improved with tips to improve further
  • Weekly Skype sessions with their dedicated speed coach

We continue to work with young and professional athletes from the Premier League and The Championship, Rugby Union, track and field, handball, basketball and lacrosse. We have been lucky to have worked with Olympians and Olympic gold medallists, World Champions and European Champions. We also work with National Soccer Federations and Olympic Associations in various countries, running courses for their staff and consulting.
